Waited from 730 am to 1pm for brake shoes. They spend most of their time socializing with each other. Over time I've spent a lot of money for different work but I'm always treated like I can't pay. I pay in full every time. Looking for a new place that wants my business.
Good afternoon Ms. Haley. I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience. We take pride in our work and have always treated our customers with the utmost respect. I looked back on your work order and you didn't arrive until 12:51 pm on 4/14/2023. We were extremely busy that day and take customers in the order in which they arrive. Being that it was after lunch when you checked in, we had 5 hours worth of customers ahead of you. None of the local parts shops had your required brake pads in stock, therefore, we had to order them. We were very specific about keeping you updated with our progress and the situation. The parts not being in stock was out of our hands and no fault of ours. I do apologize you blamed us for this. In instances such as this, we try our best to keep our customers updated with any issues we may run into. Our staff works extremely hard and communication is very important in this line of work and can be mistaken for "socializing". We do ask if you visit us again, that if any issue on your end arises, you would discuss it with us so we can do our best to fix it. Any business would agree we can't something if we aren't aware there is a problem with the service we provided you. I hope you have a blessed day!
